2012 Registration Agreement
We are happy to offer the convenience of registering online and we want to maintain a fair registration process.
Please read the following important registration information.
Spaces for new campers will be reserved in order of postmark for those mailed, and by the date stamp for online registration.
The registration fee of $250. per session, is non refundable after March 1, 2012.
Tuition is due April 1, 2012 for 1st session and season campers and May 1, 2012 for 2nd session.
Waiting List : If we have no room for your child when you apply, we automatically place his/her name on the waiting list and hold your application fee.
As soon as a space becomes available we will call you.

Valley Mill will not accept credit cards at this time.
On-Line Registration Only
The deposit must be mailed to Valley Mill Camp within 72 hours of registering online. Please make sure to do the following when applying for a space in our Summer Program.
- Fill out your Online Camp Application and print a copy.
- Submit the form by clicking the “Submit Form” button located on the lower right hand corner of the Application Form.
- Both custodial parents or guardians Sign your printed copy of the Camp Application.
- Mail the Application with a deposit check of $250. for each session to: Valley Mill Camp, 15101 Seneca Rd, Germantown, MD 20874
